I think this means a lot for the whole global bass scene, not just for these 3 guys.. but for what it might represent for a whole generation of producers who look the way these guys run things.. It is clear for many of us that by following certain paths, we can reach a wider audiences without giving up creative control to the "Big Companies". The haters and Supporters must agree that actually any Triumph from these guys is a small triumph for the whole global bass scene, always "mainstream stuff" vs "underground" are going to be polarized, but the good point of this new chapter of music is the fact now either dubstep, moombahton, funk carioca, or cumbia... once the genre is accepted as an essential part of popular culture, talented producers will have a much better chance of being able to direct all of their energy at developing their musical career rather than struggling to support their musical through various odd-jobs. SO.. let's all support these guys.. cuz even if you think mainstream may dramatically increase the number of producers and many of them will surely copy Skrillex or Diplo as they may be the very definition of “Whats Hot” ...underground always will find a way to keep it "real"
