HELLO UNIVERSE!
So hey, my new best friend in London is this Japanese baile funk rapper (Diplo, where are you!?) called Tigarah. I like her cuz she's super japanese (she has four mobile phones and thinks the iphone is whack because it doesnt have TV), and she makes good songs. Yeah so anyway the other day she was telling me that one of the biggest pop stars in Japan is HALF TRINI! I guess some random dude found himself out over there wherever in the world that is (next to russia?), banged up some unsuspecting azn, then next thing you know a J-Pop star is born. Most of her tracks are mad poppy (OBVI), but peep her on Summer Love dropping some soca steeze.
And last but not least, there's this chick called Barbie Japan (oh Diplo, THERE you are!) who has actually performed at soca concerts during carnival!
So there you have it, now who wants to fly me to Japan to play some songs and make some J-Pop bebbehs!
