South Rakkas Crew launches another missile that makes me want to ride the explosion and bathe in the fallout. SRC producer, D-Rakkas, fuses Reggae Dub, Dubstep, Ska, a little Trap and Hip Hop breaks to create the deceptively hype Soundboy Dead Riddim.
D-Rakkas & Ryoko are on some passive Soundboy killing with the lead song. They just let the riddim ride… wait for it… then Ryoko proclaims, “The Soundboy Dead By Now,” brilliant!
Jamaican Dancehall artist, Rage, appears again after his annihilating delivery on the SRC/WdG collaboration, New York! This time he’s issuing a “Warning,” against Babylon’s persecution of the marijuana smoker.
Finally, in a rare South Rakkas move they bless us with the Riddim (Instrumental). Woo hoo! I imagine there are going to be a lot of versions, mash-ups, and remixes on this one.
