South Rakkas Crew Presents D-Rakkas & Ryoko!

SOUTH RAKKAS CREW presents a new group ‘D-RAKKAS & RYOKO’ featuring D-RAKKAS, the mastermind behind the Electro-Dancehall hitmakers ‘South Rakkas Crew’ and RYOKO, the first Japanese artist signed to South Rakkas.  D-Rakkas has always been at the forefront of the EDM music and with the signing of Japanese Electro artist Ryoko,
he’s pushing the boundaries further.

D-RAKKAS & RYOKO’s first 2 songs in a series of upcoming releases is a Moombahton double single.  The lead single, “New York!” is a co-production between South Rakkas Crew and Wes de Graaf featuring additional vocals from Rage.  The tune is a unique blend of English, Jamaican Patois and Ryoko’s unique Japanese rap style with heavy bass and rapidfire samples – proper dancefloor music for the new millenium!

The second single ‘Forty Six (46)’ is a South Rakkas Crew / Robs & Duke production.  The song’s unique title refers to the number of chromosomes in human DNA.  New artist Ryoko poetically sings and raps about how great music talks to every cell and every strand of DNA in your body. It can elevate you to the greatest high of your life, and allows you to lose yourself completely on the dance-floor.

Really enjoying them…but why just keep recycling “Bounce It”? First one uses the vocals second one just IS “Bounce It” with new lyrics.

So definitely not saying theyre bad, just wondering why this is being marketed as like “NEW” music.

happens in the business sometimes. The song didn’t get as much exposure as it could have, now repackage and pushed to the Japanese market.
