Pretty exclusive this! Bot from the Crookers took some time out of his busy promo schedule to drop into the Kiss studio and talk about the new Crookers record that'd had just dropped that week.
Its not often that we do a special like this and I talk to my guest for the whole 2nd half, usually we do a guest DJ mix and a bit of banter. We made a few exceptions - once when Diplo just bowled in by complete surprise whilst I was recording and we just friendly beefed and played random records. The other time being when A-Trak was over and he had just rounded off the Duck Sauce material - of course we got the first play!!!
Anyway, so Bot dropping in is a big deal too! I was eager to get the scoop on the album and play some of my favourite jams off of it - we even got to play the drunken day and night acapella.
