Hello all,
With the launch of our new format comes a lot of possibility. Fresh (and familiar) writers, columns, sections and media, this incarnation of Maddecent.com is simply going to be able to offer more of everything you want… And maybe even some of what you don't.
Having been with our company now for close to 3 years I have seen us change tremendously. I've learned so much about our family dynamic and more and more about our fans. Of all I've seen, nothing has pleasantly surprised me as much as how wildly different our supporters can be. One day its thousands of teenagers screaming their heads off for Rusko, and the next I'm meeting 45 year olds at our parties who tell me how exciting the energy is in the room.
I'm extremely enthusiastic to be able to checkout all the new feature columns our friends and family will be posting. Andy's advice column will surely be a hit, Jason Mussen is one of the funniest and most intelligent guys I've ever met, Diplo is the idiot-savant brother I never had and Derek "DJA" is one of the smartest tech/gear/producer nerds I know! Between all of us there will be tons of information/music/babble/everything to digest (or skip through)!
I'll be using my little column as a host to a virtual potpourri of topics. I want to keep this space loose and open to interpretation. Love it or hate it this will be a platform for me to share my thought's, insight's and bits of culture I enjoy. Be it music, fashion, art, entertainment, food and so forth, this won't be for everyone, but will definitely be for some…
