im just gona wrap up a quick 24 hours…
i end up in fuji rock fest out in the japanese hills.. was a mad fest.. major lazer got our selves some of the best dancehall queens in tokyo – hottie cat crew !

they got dressed up nicelse like sexy mummies just as we asked!.. no rehersal.. just a mad show at 2 pm in the hot sunshowers of tropical japan..
GOOD!..
then i had to do a set and get the crowd ready for buraka som sytema.. (more on them another day)….
was mad.. next morning we had to head out super early to get into tokyo.. simian mobile disco hijacked our ride home! doh!.. so we took them to a hot spring and all ate sea urchins for dinner (thats a whole nother wierd post)
earlier i bought james some tomatao flavored ice cream at the gas station
then james simian went out with major lazer to record ryo skywalker with us.. (we are obsessed with japanese ragga! i dunno ! its crazy!) and we all got high on the japaney weed we ended up eatin six packs of tokyo biscuits and watchin wall-e and everything got wierd!
.. anyway after a coupla hours of sleep we decided to go back to a studio.. and get anyone we could in.. this meant a jpop style soca singer “barbie japan”.. and PEACHES (you know.. fuck tha pain away…).. sounds like a perfect major lazer combo…
we got all high on yaksoba noodles and made some tracks til bloody beetroots and crookers showed up .. so we had to ditch the ladies and bro down… u thought about the epic music made inna bldybeetrootCRKR major lazer sesssion!?!?!?!?!
.. ended up beign one of my favorite tracks of the year…. a bossa nova number with italian crooning! yes MAJOR LAZER !! we love to do whatever is most bizare.. and japan is like the bizare capital of the world.. good thing im back in 6 weeks with steve aoki! LESSS GOOOO!
