WAFA IN THE MIX!
Ever since WAFA sent me his first demos for Grizzly i've been intrigued by his music. I can't really describe it, it's just WAFA music, always pretty odd, always really standout. People making music just cant touch him for drums- he has so much swing - I guess being a pro drummer helps then! But he also knows when to fall back from that drummers making wanky music thing too. There'll be another release from him on my label. Here's a personal fav of mine, WAFA doing slow disco in Japan with Felix from Basement Jaxx vocalling the 'Konichiwa'. I love the transformer noises on this.
