The Itallian duo Crookers new single Hummus off their just released collaborative album Dr Gonzo combines their signature rhythms with an epic trance chord progression.Collaborating with Carli from Savage Skulls, Hummus is a tropical monster with that builds into a hard hitting club anthem. To round out the release we’ve collected 5 great remixes from Slow Wave, Hybrid Theory, Donovans, Botnek and Astronomar!
Botnek plays off the original Caribbean vibe you feel at the beginning of the original layering percussion as the track expand while Donovans flips Hummus into a Detroit Chicago pulsing house groove with massive kicks that drive the track. Hybrid Theory starts the energy high with a massive poppy 2 step snare, dropping into dark tech house while Slow Waves does their name justice layering smooth atmospheric synths over a slow pased disco groove. Astronomar rounds out the remix pack keeping the Hummus synth lines in tact over his own dose of shuffling drums and percussion.
