Mad Decent’s relationship with Jaimie Fanatic began with the monster “What’s Happening To Ya”, a track that Diplo has been smashing in his sets for the better part of 6 months. Following constant play from some of the biggest artists in the electronic music community, it’s time to release this beast to the public! Hailing from Rotterdam, Jaimie has managed to cross all “normal” boundaries in the Dutch house scene and create a style all his own with the best parts of house, electro, fidget and a dash of hip-hop. Along the way he has gained support from djs like Switch, Laidback Luke, Armand Van Helden, Tommy Sunshine and so many more. “What’s Happening to Ya? is a can’t miss dance floor anthem and we’ve beefed it up with a downright nasty club remix from Baltimore’s Say-Wut. But for those with a more “minimal” persuasion, Jaimie has brought us an amazing track on the B-side called “Someone to Count On.” With a slight tech feel and a nod to the classic vocal house days past, “Someone to Count on” is both beautiful and
