Preview Kilo and the Turbotito remix HERE

It goes without saying that we are extremely excited to announced the
new single Kilo from Brazil's wildest trio and our first love.... Bonde
do Rolê! Kilo's 60s Psych vibe meets Brazilian rhythms and Bonde's wild
innuendoes makes for the perfect summer time anthem! Along with the
original version of Kilo, we've got a dubbed out reggae remix from LA's
Turbotito that will fit perfectly in your tropical pool party playlist.

In 2007, when their debut album With Lasers was
released and Diplo and Pitchfork and the Fader and everyone else talked
about how wild and weird and wonderful they were, it seemed like a
stunt. In 2012, with their second album Tropicalbacanal about to be
released, they’re even more wild, more weird, and more wonderful.

Three Loco - Neato Official Music Video

by beateaz, May 21, 2012 at 3:32 PM

Three Loco are here to make their impact on the rap world, with the unholy team up between Riff Raff, Andy Milonakis and Dirt Nasty you know the results are going to be outrageous. The video for NEATO is their official coming out party and they scored Mike Clattenburg (Mastermind behind Canada's hit series Trailer Park Boys) to direct it!? The chopped horn beat produced by Nik Nikateen will get your head bouncing to the trios onslaught of off the wall punch lines.

Look out for some Mad Decent x 3Loko news coming soon!

Baauer- Harlem Shake (JEFF016)

by Mad Decent, May 17, 2012 at 2:34 AM

Baauer-Harlem Shake (JEFF016) by Mad Decent

The love child of Brooklyn and the Internet, Baauer was born out of noise. A sound that began steeped in the 4/4 dance tradition, slowly took on hip hop tendencies until the two became one. Influenced heavily by southern
hip-hop and UK bass sounds, Baauer has found himself smack dab in the middle of the electronic renaissance. He is the delectable fusion of  future-crunk and leather shaken aggressively in a bottle for years and has only just opened the top to pour the mixture out.

Harlem Shake his been featured on almost every Diplo and Friends mix  to date including Diplo, Brodinski, and Flosstradamus as well as being featured in Rustie's Lastest Essential mix!

South Rakkas Crew- Bounce It Remix Competition Winner!

by Mad Decent, May 16, 2012 at 3:43 PM

Chachi - Bounce It (Robs & Duke Moombahcore Remix) by South Rakkas Crew

FREE DOWNLOAD LINK: http://tiny.cc/BounceItRemix

Ok, so the Chachi Remix Competition came to a close Sunday night when I put in a call to the Mad Decent crew and we started going through the thirty-something remixes received from across the globe.  Thanks to all
participants and especially to Rage “The Outrageous” for delivering some hot ass vocals.  Europe, Australia, UK, Jamaica, the US, Canada and South America all threw their gloves into the ring for this one.  We knew that we were going to get some wicked remixes when Robs & Duke out of South Germany planted their explosive within the first 48 hours of the competition’s start.  Here is the crazy part, and it reads just like a WWE RoyalRumble
back-story.  Robs & Duke were the first ones in; taking on contender after contender, throwing 31 remixes over the top rope making them our official Chachi remix champions.

I just broke the news of their victory.  They were excited to say the least.  I asked them about being the first ones out the box.

We love the style and music of Mad Decent and love to listen to the South Rakkas riddims. When we heard about the remix contest we started straight away producing the track around the Chachi/Rage vocals.  The
Moombahcore remix is the result of it.

So tell us who is Robs & Duke?

We are a production duo.  We’re both 21 and we passionately love music of every kind of genre.  We started out in 2007 as DJs.  After a while we decided to also focus on producing our own tracks. Our music is about Dirty Dutch, Storytelling Electro and every kind of Moombah.

Where can people hear more of your music and what projects are coming up?

Everyone can go to the website www.robsduke.com to check us out.

Our latest project is "Dawn Of A New Era" which is our free album download  dropping this Friday.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=506sWeU4U-s

Since Paper Diamonds inception in January of 2011, he has found  himself on a globetrotting, music making escapade, with non-stop shows, festival plays, and around the clock studio sessions. With one EP and a handful of notable remixes under his belt, PD has been secretly amassing over 100 original songs/beats/instrumentals and
